Caesar Salad

- Cos lettuce
- 2 slices multi-grain bread
- Garlic
- Chopped anchovy fillets
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Bulghar wheat
- Natural yoghurt or Greek yoghurt, both 0% fat
- Lemon Juice
- Salt and pepper
- Chop the cos lettuce sideways
- Toast two slices of multi-grain bread, cut into squares and rub with garlic
- Prepare ½ cup of bulghar wheat
- Mix together all ingredients, season to taste, and toss the croutons on top of salad
