Mexican Tomato Salsa

- 1lb vine ripe tomatoes, small dices
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 grated rind and juice of lime
- 1 fresh chilli finely chopped
- Chopped coriander
- Seasoning
- Tabasco sauce
- Mix all ingredients together.
